Terms & Conditions

1 These Society Educational Services Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all courses organised by Society Educational Services Ltd. The term "course(s)" as used herein shall include courses, seminars, workshops, training and other educational activities as offered by Society Educational Services Ltd. referring to these Conditions. Courses shall be held at Society Educational Services Ltd designated education centres, or upon prior written agreement with participants), on-site.

2 Application is effected by receipt by Society Educational Services Ltd. of a completed application form and payment and is to be received by not later than the indicated closing date.

3 Upon receipt by Society Educational Services Ltd. of a duly completed application form, Society Educational Services Ltd. will confirm the application to the participant by sending an official receipt.

4 Course location, dates and schedule, as well as the language in which the course will be conducted are described in the course information pack which can be viewed on Society Educational Services website.

5 At the end of the course, each participant shall receive a Certificate of Attendance.

6 The course fee is specified in the application form and is due by the closing date of the relevant course.

7  Fees included in proposals, application forms, order forms course information, training brochures or price lists are inclusive of 18% VAT.

8 All intellectual and industrial property rights in the course materials will remain the property of Society Educational Services Ltd. Reproducing course materials, in whole or in part, is permitted only with prior written consent from Society Educational Services Ltd.

9 Cancellation of application for health reasons is only accepted up to noon of the course date.  In such circumstances, participants we will be given the possibility to use the fee paid for future courses. 

10 Cancellation of application other than for health reasons will not be accepted by Society Educational Services Ltd.

11 Participant may appoint a replacement within participant's organisation. Replacement shall be subject to the same conditions that applied to participation of the original participant.

12 Society Educational Services Ltd. may cancel a given course until one (1) week prior to the relevant start date. Society Educational Services Ltd. is not liable for costs and damage caused by such cancellation for participant and/or participant's organisation.

13 Society Educational Services Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend and terminate any of its courses.

14 Any ideas, know-how or techniques developed by Society Educational Services Ltd. will at all times remain the property of Society Educational Services Ltd.
